COVID-19 at a glance...

Updated 10/08/2021

Customers must wear a face covering when entering/ exiting, moving around indoors (going to the toilet, approaching the bar). Staff must also wear a face covering if they can’t distance 1m from customer or each other and there are no screens in place.

Please ensure this will not create pinch points, making it difficult for customers and staff to move around.

All hospitality venues and nightclubs must collect contact details for each customer over 12 years of age, track and trace procedures must continue.

What's Happening?

Within the restaurant, we have organised our tables to meet the one-metre social distancing requirements, as per the Government's guidelines. The maximum booking we can take is for six guests. Please note we cannot move tables together to accommodate larger groups. Tables must stay where they are positioned. You will have your table for two hours.

Children

We're looking forward to welcoming you and your family back to The Albany. We require all children to stay at their table during the visit to the venue to help keep our staff and other patrons safe.

Table Service

Come in and relax. We will be operating with table service only. This helps protect you and our staff during service.

Payment

Contactless and card payments are the preferred method.

Menus, Cutlery and Sanitisers

Our dishwasher-proof menus will be sanitised after you have used them. There are hand sanitisers throughout the venue. Our team will set your table with cutlery, napkins and condiments if you have booked a table in advance to avoid multiple trips to your table when you are in.

Opening Hours

As we re-open post lockdown, we will be operating reduced hours. Opening times may change based on the number of booking we have coming in from day to day. We thank you for your understanding and patience while we navigate through these difficult times for our venue.
